- Pay without sharing your financial information. Major credit cards including Visa and Master cards can be accepted through WorldPay and we also accept PayPal payment.
For Hong Kong customers, you can also pay by cheque or direct deposit to our HSBC account (detail information available during check out.) - Shipping & Delivery

All items are under FREE SHIPPING for standard local and Air Mail service.
Items will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Office (www.hongkongpost.com). For standard Air Mail, delivery days normally takes 3-20 days, depending on the destination. Please understand occasional delay due to Custom and Air Mail service. Since standard Air Mail does not provide any tracking capability, we will not cater for reshipment of the item if the mail is lost during shipment via standard Air Mail.
For additional safety and tracking service, registration service can be available for an additional US $2.50 and this is highly recommended. We will provide you with a tracking number and web address for tracking (with timing of the flight from Hong Kong to your country provided by Hongkong Post, and on the ground tracking for selected countries such as United States - by USPS, Canada - by Canada Post, and United Kingdom - by Royal Mail). In the case that you have not received the item within 25 days after receiving our item shipped email, we can arrange reshipment of the item if we still have stock (which we cannot guarantee), or we can arrange refund.
3-5 day shipping option is also available for selected countries. - Returns & Replacements
- Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied, you may return within 15 days in original condition with original invoice for a full refund. Refunds will be made to your PayPal account based on total invoice price including shipping charges. You may also request a replacement within 15 days if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item.

- The security of your personal information is extremely important to us. Tungsten-Avenue.com does not sell or distribute its customer information or mailing lists under any circumstances. Your personal information is used only to complete your order and to keep you informed about Tungsten-Avenue.com news and products at your request. Tungsten-Avenue.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts all customer personal data during the order. Once the order is taken the SSL certificate also encrypts the store administration pages as well as the stored customer information.
